Founded in 1981 and managed since by Melva Arminda Arana Esquivel, the Silymel Super Pasteleria is open seven days a week from 8:15 am until 9:00 pm. The hardworking, talented bakers here have earned the reputation of master pastry creators: the people to see for your very special occasion.
